Introduction
This Financial Services Guide (“FSG”) is dated 9 December 2025 and is provided to you by EonX Services Pty Ltd (ACN 615 958 873) (“EonX”, “we”, “our”, “us”, “Providing Entity”) to inform you of the financial services provided by us and to comply with our obligations as an Authorised Representative (number 1316606) of Amplus Global Pty Ltd (“Amplus Global”) (ACN 162 631 325), the holder of Australian Financial Services (“AFS”) Licence number 505929.
The distribution of this FSG has been authorised by Amplus Global.

This FSG contains only general information about the services we offer. If you still have any questions after reading this FSG, please contact us. Our contact details are listed at the end of this document.
Who are we
EonX is a corporate Authorised Representative of Amplus Global. It is a financial technology company which offers loyalty and payment solutions (“Services”). When you use the Services, you can make payments and earn points which can later be redeemed for rewards and pay bills. Reward offerings include gift cards, access to the online marketplace, travel, accommodation and airline points. EonX provides financial services through a dedicated platform (“Platform”) which is operated and maintained by its related party, EonX Australia Pty Limited (ACN 685 941 360) (“Platform Operator”). The Platform Operator provides the technology and user interface that allows you to access and use various products and services. The Platform Operator’s role is limited to:
- Operating and maintaining the digital Platform and related systems.
- Providing customer support in relation to technical or related issues.
- Displaying product and service information.
- Facilitating communications and transactions between you and providers to enable payments and redeem rewards.
Any financial services accessible through the Platform are provided by EonX as a Corporate Authorised Representative of Amplus Global. The Platform Operator is not responsible for the financial services, advice, or disclosures made by the financial services provider or any other third party accessible via the Platform.
What other disclosure documents and statements will I receive?
Since EonX is not authorised to provide you with personal financial product advice, there is no requirement for you to be provided with a Statement of Advice.
Where we arrange for the issue of a financial product to you, you will receive a Product Disclosure Statement (“PDS”) or other relevant disclosure documents that include information about the product so that you can make an informed decision whether to acquire the product. It would include any relevant terms, significant risks and costs associated with the supply of that financial product.
How you can instruct us and your obligations?
You will be able to access our Services, through our dedicated Platform provided and maintained by EonX’s related party, EonX Australia Pty Limited.
When you access the Platform, you will be able to make payments to approved suppliers to purchase goods and services. This streamlined system simplifies the payment process by managing all your payments within your dedicated portal, regardless of the banking institution used.
Subject to our Member Terms & Conditions, when you make payments on the Platform, you will be eligible to earn points. Points are issued as a promotional incentive to encourage use of our payment processing services. Points are not sold, do not constitute property and have no monetary value outside of the permitted redemption options. Points can be redeemed for rewards which include gift cards, access to the online marketplace, travel, accommodation and airline points. Points can also be used to help you pay third party invoices through the Platform.
What services are we authorised to provide?
Amplus Global is the holder of AFS Licence number 505929 with authorisations to provide a broad range of financial products and services.
EonX is an Authorised Representative of Amplus Global and is only permitted to provide the following financial services:

What are our responsibilities and what type of advice do we give?
EonX is only authorised to provide general advice. As a result, you should be aware that:
- The advice has been prepared without taking account of your objectives, financial situation or needs.
- Because of that, you should, before acting on the advice, consider the appropriateness of the advice, having regard to your objectives, financial situation and needs.
- If the advice relates to the acquisition, or possible acquisition, of a particular financial product, you should obtain a PDS.
EonX provides these financial services as a representative of Amplus Global which is acting on behalf of you.
The costs, remuneration and other benefits that may be received by us, or our employees and others
The information in this section is subject to change and does not include information in relation to taxes or duties that you may be required to pay in relation to the use of the service. Unless otherwise stated, all fees, charges, commissions and benefits disclosed in the FSG include Goods and Services Tax (“GST”) and are subject to change.
Where applicable, we may introduce new fees and charges or increase existing fees and charges at any time by giving you notice via the Platform.
To earn Points on the Platform you must process eligible transactions. Fees for this activity are based on a sliding scale of rates on each payment processed through the Platform and can be summarised as set out below:
- The standard rate for a payment starts at 0.55%. Thus, if you make a bill payment of $1,000.00, it would attract a fee of $5.50. The reward points allocated to you for this payment would be 1 point for each $4.00 processed. Therefore, you would receive 250 reward points for making this bill payment.
- Your points balance is maintained by the Platform Operator on your account. The value of points is only relevant at the time of redemption.
There are no fees associated with the issuing of the financial products, pursuant to the services provided in accordance with the PDS. As a result of transacting through the Platform, you will receive reward points as an incentive, which are calculated as set out above. Your points balance is maintained by the Platform Operator on your account and the value of points is only relevant at the time of redemption. Your points may be redeemed for rewards which include gift cards, airline points programs, travel and hotel bookings. Points can also be used to help you pay third party invoices in full, or in part. The act of redeeming these points for the applicable benefits of your choosing does not attract any fees.
To assist you in making an informed decision, we will discuss with you and agree on any fees payable before providing a service to which fees apply. We are required to fully disclose all fees and charges, so if you are in doubt, please ask us to explain
Our employees, directors, associates and any other relevant persons, may in turn be remunerated on a commission basis, in addition to their salary, for the services provided to you.
EonX may have contractual relationships with related bodies corporate, including any associates of the above. All such dealings, where applicable, are conducted on an arm’s length basis.

Relationships and associations
Subject to disclosures in any PDS or other documents we provide to you, we do not have any relationships or associations which might influence us in providing you with our Services.
EonX may arrange for you to be supplied with financial services and products issued by non-related product issuers. EonX may receive a fee, commission payment, or other form of remuneration, or other benefits from these non-related issuers as a result of you using one of their products or services. These relationships in no way influence the provision of financial services by EonX to you.
Other than the arm’s length commercial relationships with card issuers, financial service providers and rewards partners, EonX (and any representative or associate) does not maintain any associations or relationships with any other issuer of any financial products that might reasonably be expected to be capable of influencing EonX in providing any of the authorised services.
Clients will be able to access our Services through our dedicated Platform which is provided and maintained by EonX’s related party, EonX Australia Pty Limited. All dealings are undertaken on an arm’s length basis.
If you have a complaint, how it will be dealt with?
If you are unhappy with our Services and wish to make a complaint, EonX has a formalised client complaint resolution procedure. All complaints are reviewed and investigated by the Complaints Officer and we advise you of the outcome by phone or in writing. You may also choose to contact the licensee – Amplus Global, whose details are disclosed above.
If you make a complaint, our first response will be to contact you to discuss the complaint and to register a formal record of such complaint. We will try to resolve your complaint quickly and fairly.
If, despite our best efforts, you believe your complaint has not been satisfactorily dealt with, we offer clients the use of an independent industry arbiter, namely, Australian Financial Complaints Authority (“AFCA”).

Professional Indemnity Insurance
Amplus Global’s compensation arrangements comply with the legal requirements set out in Section 912B of the Act and ASIC Regulatory Guide 126. As required, we maintain professional indemnity insurance coverage in relation to the financial products and services we provide. Our coverage includes any claims in relation to the conduct of present and former representatives and/or employees.
For what purpose do we use your contact data?
Privacy is an important use for us and we are committed to ensuring full compliance with Privacy Act requirements.
The personal data that we collect from you will only be used by us to assist in the planning of marketing proposals, training and education requirements and the provision of product advice to clients.
