We’re looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to join our growing sales team — someone who is hungry to win, motivated by uncapped earning potential and thrives on closing new business.
This is a true hunter role. You’ll own your territory, build relationships with our enterprise partners and business owners, manage your pipeline and convert opportunities into long-term customers.
What you’ll do
- Identify, qualify and close new B2B opportunities across Queensland
- Build and execute a territory growth plan to deliver revenue targets
- Manage the full sales cycle — prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, negotiation and close
- Present our loyalty and payments platform and showcase the commercial value for customers
- Build strong relationships with SME owners, partners and key stakeholders
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting through Salesforce
What we’re looking for
You are a proven B2B sales professional who:
- Has a track record of exceeding sales targets and winning new business
- Loves prospecting, building relationships and closing deals
- Is comfortable engaging business owners and senior stakeholders
- Can run a consultative sales process from first conversation to signed agreement
- Has strong commercial acumen and understands how businesses make decisions
- Takes ownership, moves quickly and is accountable for results
Experience that will stand out
- 5+ years B2B sales experience
- Experience and a proven track record in B2B sales
- A strong understanding of the hospitality market, with experience selling to hotels, pubs, clubs or hospitality groups, will be highly regarded
- Salesforce experience is essential
